VMOS+ v1.1.0 release notes:
New
- Added Android 15 virtual machines, compatible with more recent apps
- Android 15: added Magisk support, installed from plugins for Root access and module management
- No limit on the number of machines; how many run at once depends on this device's memory
- Restore from backup now accepts VMOS Pro backups for a seamless move from the classic app; all settings can be changed before restoring, and home shows restore progress
- Added floating windows: the machine screen floats above other apps and can be moved, resized, locked, switched to another machine or collapsed into a floating ball; Mini is renamed PiP
- Added a Floating ball switch in Mine to hide the floating ball on machine screens
- Added Full-screen display to fill the notch area, and Rotate with VM to follow the machine's portrait and landscape changes
- Show this device's wallpaper is now set separately for each machine
- Choose a system image when creating a machine: built-in, local or backup; local system files can be .zip or .7z
- Device information: Wi-Fi names can follow this device, use a common name or be custom; phone models show product names, and following this device shows its actual model
- Added Other methods to background running setup, so phones without wireless debugging (Huawei, Honor and others) can finish setup with a computer
- Added a shortcut to match this device's refresh rate
- Built-in system versions: Android 7.1 updated to 10322, and Android 15 (20003) added

- System update prompts only appear between compatible systems: machines restored from VMOS Pro backups no longer get false prompts, and changing the phone model no longer hides valid ones
- Capabilities is renamed Shared from this device; each item explains what it does, switches refresh with this device's permissions, and items needing permission are off for new machines
- Machine settings follow the same order as creation, with the system image showing its Android version and system version

VMOS+ v1.0.3 release notes:
New
- System updates on the home screen: see at a glance how many machines can be upgraded, and open each one for its target system version and release notes; every upgrade asks for confirmation first, and its progress also shows on the machine's details page
- A screen for every machine: match this device, pick a phone, tablet or foldable model, or create a custom screen; chosen in place with a preview when creating a machine or in its settings
- Root and Google services plugins can be installed from the settings page
- An update prompt with release notes when a new version is available
Fixes
- Pre-boot checks now cover every way a machine starts (from the home screen, opening a machine, creating, restarting and more): camera permission, available memory, and several machines running at once
- A machine does not start when available memory is below 1 GB, and says why; between 1 and 2 GB you get a warning and can start anyway
- Without camera permission you can start anyway (camera passthrough is unavailable)
- The notice about several machines running at once has a "Don't show again" option
- Dialogs now come in three levels: general, warning and danger
- Fixed a machine card that kept showing a failure after a failed system version upgrade
- Fixed a new machine sometimes showing an old screen after a machine was deleted
- Built-in system version updated to 10311: built-in browser, and a fix for a black screen without status bar after boot on some Android 16 phones
- The virtual machine system is now called "system version" throughout the app
- Fixed machines that kept failing to start after a system version upgrade on some Android 16 phones

VMOS+ v1.0.1 release notes:
New
- Run several Android virtual machines on one phone, in a list or grid view, with adjustable card density
- A four-step wizard for creating a machine; before it boots, available memory, camera permission and current heat are checked, and a blocked boot says why instead of just failing
- Operate a machine full screen, with common actions such as installing apps and moving files on the floating ball
- App management: install and remove apps inside a machine
- File transfer: move files both ways between the phone and a machine, in a two-column view
- Management entries for plugins, sensors and mock location, and runtime monitoring
- Backup center: back up a whole machine and restore it as it was, on this phone or the next one
- Task queue: long-running work such as installing apps, transferring files and backup or restore keeps going after you leave the page, and you can check its progress at any time
- One tap to lift the background process limit introduced in Android 12, cutting the black screens and unexpected exits it causes
- Three background settings, each with a direct link to the matching system screen: allow background running, background processes, and battery optimization
- The system image ships inside the installer and can be checked and upgraded in place, with no separate download
- Storage usage broken down per machine, each clearable on its own
- An option to show the phone's own wallpaper inside a machine, off by default
- English and Simplified Chinese interface; a machine's language is normalized by script, so Simplified Chinese regions never end up in Traditional
